Description

The Gallery adjoins our Courtyard and is a beautiful dining-event room equipped for presentations which can seat up to 40 at tables. Approximately 45-60 can be seated as a classroom for meetings, seminars and other special programs. The Gallery is connected to the Courtyard with four sets of double doors and together these spaces can seat a maximum of 130 combined or comfortably provide for a less fully-tabled reception of 150 guests. As its name implies, the Gallery may also be used as an art gallery and exhibition room. ***NOTE: our "daily rate" assumes 8 hours of use. Stated prices provide a guideline for expected rental cost; your custom quote may be adjusted to account for use of multiple spaces, use during peak hours, use of on-site audio-visual equipment & support, and table/chair set-up. Depending on the nature of your event, you may be required to sign a Hold Harmless Agreement and/or provide a Certificate of Liability Insurance.***

Insurance Notes
We require a standard Hold Harmless Agreement in most instances and a Certificate of Liability Insurance on a case-by-case basis.

CANCELLATION

Full Refund. If cancelled at least 7 days before the reservation, 100% will be refunded.

Partial Refund. If cancelled fewer than 7 days and at least 2 days before the reservation, 50% will be refunded.

No Refund. No refund will be provide if cancelled fewer than 2 days before the reservation.

Non-Profit Community Outreach

The Coffee Connection and the Vineyard Christian Fellowship Westside are both non-profit entities which serve the surrounding community in a variety of practical ways, including through our after school tutoring center, provision of food and supplies for those in transition and support for those in recovery. All rental proceeds contribute towards meeting our expenses for these and many other programs.
